About the Journal

Focus and Scope

The Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, publishes the Thammasat Law Journal with the aim to disseminate, in the form of a scholarly journal, academic knowledge that falls within the scope of law or may be related to law, covering topics that are interesting and useful from both theoretical and practical aspects. It is also aimed to encourage authors from both within and outside the academia to publish scholarly works to the general public.

The Thammasat Law Journal publishes law articles, making them available to the general public. The works contained therein range from academic articles, research papers, legal varieties, case comments, and book reviews, with their contents and scope being limited to law-related topics.

Peer review process

All submitted manuscripts must be reviewed by at least two expert reviewers via the double-blinded review system.

Publication Frequency

The Thammasat Law Journal is published every three months as follows:
