Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • (2) Manuscripts should be typewritten on A4 (21 x 29.4 centimetres) paper size using Microsoft Word format, font size 15 pt., single-line spacing, with the top and bottom margin of 1 inch (2.54 centimetres), and left and right margin of 1.1 inch (2.8 centimetres)
  • (3) Titles should be concise but comprehensive and should be provided in both Thai and English with font size 20 pt.
  • (1) Two files must be submitted separately: the article manuscript (without authors' names) and authors' detail. The templates are available at https://so05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/tulawjournal/template.
  • (4) When formatting your citations, please follow citation style specified by Thammasat Law Journal with font size 12 pt. The references or blibiography must not be included in the manuscript however the author must put this into references within metadata while submitting the manuscript. The format for references or blibiography must be in compliance with the citation format specified by Thammasat Law Journal.
  • (5) Technical terms and names of persons in foreign language should be translated into Thai. Original foreign words should be provided in parentheses immediately after Thai words at the first time of using such words only
  • (6) Abstracts in both Thai and English, not exceeding 550 words each, should be provided
  • (7) Keywords should be provided
  • (8) Contents of the article should not exceed 35 pages (including footnotes)
  • (9) Spelling and grammatical errors should be corrected, and the transliteration of English words should be consistent throughout the piece

Author Guidelines

Before submission, the authors are required to check publication, reference template, and other requested details. Citation Format You are also subject to the ethical standards for publication. 

Two peer reviewers will be appointed. The author(s) may request an additional reviewer without additional fee.

Any article or opinion appeared in the Law Journal will solely be under the responsibility of the author The Faculty of Law, Thammasat University and the editors do not need to reach in agreement or hold any responsibility.
