Abstract

ค ำศัพท์กฎหมำยฝรั่งเศสที่ศูนย์ศึกษำกฎหมำยฝรั่งเศสรวบรวมและเผยแพร่ในวำรสำร นิติศำสตร์ แต่ละเล่มจะประกอบด้วยค ำศัพท์กฎหมำยในสำขำกฎหมำยต่ำง ๆ รวม 4 สำขำ ได้แก่ - กฎหมำยแพ่ง (Droit civil) - กฎหมำยอำญำ (Droit pénal) - กฎหมำยพำณิชย์และธุรกิจ (Droit commercial et Droit des affaires) - กฎหมำยมหำชน/กฎหมำยปกครอง (Droit public/Droit administratif) อนึ่ง ค ำศัพท์กฎหมำยฝรั่งเศสที่เผยแพร่นี้ มิใช่เพียงกำรแปลค ำศัพท์กฎหมำยฝรั่งเศสเป็น ภำษำไทยเท่ำนั้น หำกแต่ยังมีค ำอธิบำยรำยละเอียดเกี่ยวกับค ำศัพท์นั้น ๆ โดยสังเขป และข้อมูล กฎหมำยและ/ หรือตัวอย่ำงคดีควำมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลควำมรู้แก่ผู้อ่ำนอีกด้วย ส ำหรับวำรสำรนิติศำสตร์ ฉบับที่ 3 และฉบับที่ 4 ศูนย์ศึกษำกฎหมำยฝรั่งเศสได้จัดพิมพ์ และเผยแพร่ค ำศัพท์กฎหมำยฝรั่งเศสสำขำกฎหมำยระหว่ำงประเทศเพิ่มเติมขึ้นอีกด้วย
