Abstract

คำศัพท์กฎหมายฝรั่งเศสที่รวบรวมและเผยแพร่นี้จะประกอบด้วยคำศัพท์กฎหมายในสำขากฎหมายต่ำง ๆ รวม 4 สาขา ได้แก่ - กฎหมายแพ่ง (Droit civil) - กฎหมายอาญา (Droit pénal) - กฎหมายพาณิชย์และธุรกิจ (Droit commercial et Droit des affaires) - กฎหมายมหาชน/กฎหมายปกครอง (Droit public/Droit administratif) อนึ่ง คำศัพท์กฎหมายฝรั่งเศสที่เผยแพร่นี้ มิใช่เพียงกำรแปลคำศัพท์กฎหมายฝรั่งเศสเป็น ภาษาไทยเท่ำนั้น หำกแต่ยังมีคำอธิบายรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับคำศัพท์นั้น ๆ โดยสังเขป และข้อมูล กฎหมายและ/ หรือตัวอย่างคดีความที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลความรู้แก่ผู้อ่านอีกด้วย
