การพัฒนาโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานการค้าและการลงทุนข้ามเขตแดนจากไทยสู่จีน

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มุ่งศึกษาศักยภาพการแข่งขันด้านโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานการค้าและการลงทุนข้ามเขตแดนจากไทยสู่จีน รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์โอกาสทางการค้าและการพัฒนาระบบโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทาน โดยอาศัยข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูล 82 คน ในไทย เมียนมา ลาว และจีนตอนใต้ พร้อมสนทนากลุ่มเพิ่มเติม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ไทยมีข้อได้เปรียบด้านทำเลยุทธศาสตร์ที่เชียงราย การบริหารจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และข้อตกลงการค้าที่ลดภาษี เมียนมามีแหล่งวัตถุดิบสำคัญ แต่เผชิญปัญหาความไม่มั่นคงทางการเมืองและเศรษฐกิจ ขณะที่ลาวมีโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่กำลังพัฒนาแต่ยังขาดความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการ การพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและเอกชนเป็นสิ่งสำคัญโครงการ Belt and Road Initiative ของจีนและการพัฒนาเส้นทาง R3 จะช่วยลดต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ เพิ่มโอกาสการส่งออกสินค้าเกษตรจากไทย รวมถึงการพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษชายแดนเพื่อใช้แรงงานราคาถูกและสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษี แนวทางการพัฒนาโลจิสติกส์ควรเน้นการปฏิรูปกฎระเบียบ การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลการฝึกอบรมบุคลากร และการสร้างความร่วมมือจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียหลายฝ่าย เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ลดต้นทุน และเสริมศักยภาพการแข่งขันของภูมิภาคอย่างยั่งยืน
