Digital Leadership of School Administrators and Organizational Atmosphere Affecting Guidance System Administration in Schools Under the Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The aim of this research is twofold: first, to examine the digital leadership level of school administrators and the organizational atmosphere of schools under the Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office 2; and second, to study the correlation between digital leadership of school administrators, the organizational atmosphere of schools under the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, and the guidance system administration in schools under the same office. Additionally, the study aims to identify factors affecting the digital leadership of school administrators, the organizational atmosphere of schools under the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, and the guidance system management in schools under the Bangkok Secondary Education Service Area Office 2. The research methodology is quantitative, with a sample of 364 teachers obtained through multistage randomization. The statistical tools used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression equations were also used. The research tool was a 5-point estimation questionnaire with a confidence level of 0.94 for the entire issue. The results of the study indicate that the digital leadership of school administrators and the overall and individual organizational climate were at a high level. Furthermore, the digital leadership of school administrators and organizational climate were positively correlated with school guidance system administration at an average level.
