The Guidelines for Internal Conflict Administration of District Office Chaiyaphum Province

Abstract
These research objectives are (1) to study the conflict management concepts within the district office, Chaiyaphum Province. (2) To examine the personal factors that affect the management methods of dealing with conflicts within the district office, Chaiyaphum province. It is quantitative research. The population used in this research was the personnel working in the district office, Chaiyaphum Province. The sample size was calculated using the Krazy and Mergan formulas, which obtained a total of 220 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA, and the results discovered that. Research found that (1) the conflict management concept within the Chaiyaphum District Office is collaboration, compromising, yielding, competition, and avoiding. (2) The difference in personal factors, including gender and age, caused significant statistical differences affecting the conflict management methods of the district office in Chaiyaphum province, while the difference in educational levels, positions, and working experiences had different opinions on the conflict management methods of the district office administrators in Chaiyaphum province.
