คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานกับความทุ่มเทในการทำงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นต่ำกว่าสัญญาบัตร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นต่ำกว่าสัญญาบัตร (2) ศึกษาระดับความทุ่มเทในการทำงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นต่ำกว่าสัญญาบัตร และ (3) นำเสนอความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานกับความทุ่มเทในการทำงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นต่ำกว่าสัญญาบัตร โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรได้แก่ ข้าราชการทหารชั้นต่ำกว่าสัญญาบัตร ใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงจำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.981 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นต่ำกว่าสัญญาบัตร อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยองค์ประกอบด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคมมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด และองค์ประกอบด้านค่าตอบแทนที่เป็นธรรมและเพียงพอมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด (2) ความทุ่มเทในการทำงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นต่ำกว่าสัญญาบัตร อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยองค์ประกอบด้านจิตตะ (ความตั้งใจ รับผิดชอบ) มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด และองค์ประกอบด้านฉันทะ (ความพึงพอใจ รักในงาน) มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานกับความทุ่มเทในการทำงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นต่ำกว่าสัญญาบัตร มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับมาก (r = .664) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
