บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ตามการรับรู้ของครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 350 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.985 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในระดับค่อนข้างสูง (rXY = 0.73) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการประเมินผล และด้านการมีจริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ ได้ร้อยละ 59.90 สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปของคะแนนดิบ คือ Y = 1.22 + 0.45X5 + 0.27X2 และสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปของคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z = 0.53Z5 + 0.30Z2
