Abstract

This research aimed to study and suggest participationmanagement through the philosophy of sufficiency of basic educationschools. The sample consisted of 379 people.The instrumentwas questionnaires. The statistics used were mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.The research found that :Participation Management in a learning management philosophy of sufficiency of basic education school has four stages is Planning ActionEvaluation and Congratulation. dividedof Participation Managementinto two aspects : first, the management engaged in the learning curriculum of basic education. Parental and community involvement in the planning of the curriculum. Joint Learning Management Joint assessment and evaluation of learning.
