School Administration for a Creative School of Anwarul Islam School under the Office of the Private Education Commission

Abstract
The purposes of this research was to study the current and desirable conditions of the school administration for a creative school of Anwarul Islam School. under the Office of the Private Education Commission for 7 components: 1) Policy 2) Management 3) Learning environment 4) Curriculum and teaching 5) Teacher development 6) Standards and evaluation and 7) Community participation. The research population included 41 teachers of Anwarul Islam School under the Office of the Private Education Commission in academic year 2021. The instrument used in the research was 5-level rating scale questionnaire.The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The findings revealed that the overall of current conditions of the school administration for a creative school of Anwarul Islam School. under the Office of the Private Education Commission for 7 components was at the high level. Considering each component, it showed as follows: the highest was community participation, the second highest was teacher development, and the lowest was learning environment. The overall of the desirable conditions of the school administration was the highest level. Considering each component, it showed as follows: the highest was teacher development the second highest was community participation, and the lowest was standards and evaluation.
