Development of Online Lessons with Collaborative Learning Techniques in the Course of Learning Measurement and Evaluation for Bachelor of Education Students

Abstract

The research objectives were as follows: 1) to develop online the lessons incorporating  cooperative learning techniques for the learning Measurement and Evaluation course in the Bachelor of Education program, 2) to assess the effectiveness of online lessons utilizing cooperative learning techniques, 3) to compare the learning achievements before and after participating online lessons with cooperative learning techniques. and 4) to investigate student satisfaction  with online lessons employing cooperative learning techniques. The research sample comprised 58 second-year students from Chandrakasem Rajabhat University’s Bachelor of Education program, who were enrolled in the Learning Measurement and Evaluation course during the first semester of 2022 academic year, selected through simple random sampling. Research instruments included online lessons in the course of Learning Measurement and Evaluation, an assessment of online lesson suitability, achievement tests, and satisfaction questionnaires. Data analysis employed statistical methods such as percentages, means, standard deviation and t- test.  The findings of the research are summarized as follows:  

1. The assessment of the suitability of online lessons that incorporate cooperative learning techniques in the learning Measurement and Evaluation course within the Bachelor of Education program received the highest rating (= 4.57, S.D. = 0.14 ).


2. The study revealed that the effectiveness of online lessons employing cooperative learning techniques scored 87.22/82.58 out of 100, which exceeded the established criteria.


3. learning achievements after participating in online lesson with cooperative learning techniques were significantly higher than before, at the statistical significance of 0.05 .


4. student satisfactions with online lessons utilizing cooperative learning techniques was rated at the highest level (= 4.56 , S.D. =0 .17).
