Studying the Governance paradigm A perspective through networks driving the Area-based Education for Advance Educational Equality on Surat Thani

Abstract
The results of the study found that the network drives the Area-based Education for Advance Educational Equality on Surat Thani be able to explain the theoretical concepts underlying the different Governance paradigms in each study Issues. First, the Collaborative Governance concept describes: a horizontal integration process that encompasses all groups, a facilitator role, consensus decision-making, the belief that the best communication is face-to-face, and the core agency bears the burden of personnel management for network. Second, the Network Governance concept describes: appropriate structure design, resource mobilization, role allocation among actors, information management, and good network governance. Third, the concept of Territorial Governance explains: leadership roles that must take into account multi-level outcomes, work patterns, building legitimacy, selecting actors located in the area, designing activities that are consistent with problem conditions in the area, and acceptance of official internal communications, etc. Important findings include: 1) Setting conditions for donor agencies may reduce the independence of networks. 2) Good civil society leaders should have power, prestige, and networks as their foundation. 3) Setting the limits on actors the importance of sub-mechanisms being part of the main mechanism can help increase communication efficiency. 4) Incentives for joining as network members. This may come from the expectations of other actors, and 5) the establishment of formal mission-specific mechanisms has important implications for the success of the network.
