Similarity check uses Turnitin’s iThenticate database

All manuscripts will be screened for originality and possible plagiarism by means of Similarity Check, a service provided by Crossref that uses Turnitin’s iThenticate database. Starting from Volume 27, Issue 3, year 2026.

iThenticate is a world-class plagiarism checker program widely used by leading publishers and academic journals to assess the similarity of articles before publication by comparing them to a global database of academic literature. Submitted manuscripts are checked using the CopyCat program in the ThaiJO system and the iThenticate program, with a maximum similarity index of 25%.
