The instrument to survey the situation of local wisdom sources in 39 communities will collect data by using an open-ended questionnaire through in-depth interviews. ArcGIS Online is an innovative development tool that offers online spatial data and uses online questionnaires to assess satisfaction to analyze results with descriptive statistics. The results of the survey revealed that there are 20 local wisdom sources in Hua-Hin Subdistrict and Nong Kae Subdistrict with persistent situations. The fields of expertise are folk technology, folk health care, traditions and rituals, folk livelihoods and nutrition and dramatic arts. The results of innovation development revealed that there is a central database that collects local knowledge and knowledge that can be analyzed and summarized through geographic information technology. The satisfaction assessment results found that knowledge successors and internet users had the highest satisfaction in perceived usefulness, with mean values of 4.64 and 4.55 respectively. The respondents saw that innovation creates a standardized data link and increases awareness. Therefore, the upgrading and promotion of local wisdom should be integrated with all stakeholders from upstream to downstream, together with the utilization of technology, and should encourage users to realize the benefits of innovation to create acceptance of innovation for long-term use.
