Health Behaviors and Health Behaviors Management of Aging at Cheongdoi Sub-district, Doi Saket District, Chiang Mai Province

The objective of this research were to study health behaviors and health behaviors management of aging at Cheongdoi Sub-district, Doi Saket District, Chiang Mai Province and guidelines for health behaviors management of aging. Samples were 152 ages who were studying at Charabanwuthiwitthayalai Aging School for at least 2 years from 2017 to 2020. Data were collected by questionnaire and interview form and analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Research findings found that the level of 6 health behaviors were at high level with a mean of 4.01, classified into nutrition, physical body exercise, self-health responsibility and stress management. While mind, spiritual, and personal relationships showed the highest level with a mean at 4.21 and 4.36, respectively. Health behavior management was found to be able to be implemented appropriately due to the knowledge gained from school.
