The objectives of this research are to develop learning activities and evaluate the gross village happiness after enhancement. The sample group, obtained through purposive sampling, included 80 youths. The research instrument included the King’s Wisdom learning activities for gross village happiness enhancement and a questionnaire on gross village happiness. Data analysis was completed using the one-way repeated measures ANOVA and the Post Hoc techniques, and by testing the mean overall and component-specific gross village happiness before and after the experiment and after the follow-up phase using the Least Significant Differences (LSD) method.
It has been observed that the learning activities are aligned with the Richard principle, the Sufficiency Economy concept and the community wellness enhancement project for gross village happiness index measurement, a Chiang Rai Rajabhat University strategic community development initiative for fiscal year 2020. According to the gross village happiness evaluation for enhancement, after the experiment and the follow-up, the overall and specific mean gross village happiness is higher than the pre-experiment value with statistical significance of .01
