ทัศนคติของสมาชิกต่อการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการ สมาคมผู้ใช้นํ้าชลประทานแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของสมาชิกต่อการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการสมาคมผูใช้นํ้าชลประทานแม่แตง จังหวัดเขียงใหม่ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาจำนวน 312 ราย จากวิธีการลุ่มกระจายแบบง่ายจากสมาชิกสมาคมผู้ใช้นํ้าชลประทานแม่แตง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามทัศนคติ และทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือโดยใช้สูตรการหาค่าสัมประสิทธี้แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.794 โดยผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมาชิกสมาคมผู้ใช้นํ้าชลประทานแม่แตง เห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่งต่อการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการสมาคมผู้ใช้นํ้าชลประทานแม่แตงในประเด็นต่างๆ ซึ่งมืค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 4.21 หากพิจารณาประเด็นที่สมาซิกมืความคิดเห็นในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง พบว่าประเด็นที่มืค่าเฉลี่ยมาก คือ คณะกรรมการมีการแนะน่าในการจัดการนํ้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ช่วยทำให้สมาชิกใช้นํ้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.50 และประเด็นที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อย คือ การปฏิบัติงานในการจัดการนํ้าฃองคณะกรรมการมีการพัฒนาปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง สามารถตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงและทันต่อสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.21 หากพิจารณาประเด็นที่สมาซิกมีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการสมาคมผู้ใช้นํ้าซลประทานแม่แตงในระดับเห็นด้วย พบว่า ประเด็นที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมาก คือ คณะกรรมการมีการติดต่อประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ของหน่วยงานอื่นๆในการเช้ามาช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุนงบประมาณเพื่อใช้ในการจัดการนํ้าในพื้นที่ โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.20 และประเด็นที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อย คือ คณะกรรมการไม่มีอคติในการดำเนินการจัดการนํ้า ให้ความเสมอภาคและเท่าเทียมกันแก่สมาซิก โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.09

THE MEMBER’S ATTITUDE TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MAE TAENG IRRIGATION WATER USER ASSOCIATION COMMITTEE, CHIANG MAI

This research aims at studying the member’s attitude about the performance of the Mae Taeng irrigation water user association committee in Chiang Mai. The sample size includes 312 members of the Mae Taeng irrigation water user association. The sample size taken out is based on the simple random sampling method. The research instrument is questionnaire about the attitude. The reliability test of the research instrument is based on the Cronbach’s alpha of 0.794. Research results find that the Mae Taeng irrigation water user association member highly agrees with the performance of the Mae Taeng irrigation water user association committee in various issues with an average score of 4.21. The highly agreed issue includes that the association committee suggests the water management consistently to help the member using water more efficiency. The average score of this issue is 4.50. The less agreed issue is that the development of water management performed by the committee continuously, responding current situation and changes. This issue has 4.21 of average scores. For the moderately agreed issues, the member agrees that the association committee has coordination with officers in other units to help and support in terms of budget for managing water in the area. The average score of this issue is 4.20. And, the low score is that the association committee has not bias to perform water management that the water is allocated to members equally. This issue has 4.09 of average scores.
