                คติความเชื่อเรื่องพระพิราพที่เรือนพระภรตมุนี วัดสุทธาราม ซอยตากสิน 19 กรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นคติความเชื่อเรื่องพระศิวะรูปแบบหนึ่งที่ปรากฏอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งมีลักษณะเด่นแตกต่างจากคติความเชื่อเรื่องพระศิวะในแหล่งอื่น ๆ เนื่องจากการบูชาพระพิราพที่เรือนพระภรตมุนี วัดสุทธาราม ซอยตากสิน 19 กรุงเทพมหานคร มีพระภิกษุเป็นผู้นำการประกอบพิธีกรรมบูชาพระพิราพ ซึ่งเป็นรูปแบบหนึ่งของพระศิวะที่อยู่ในรูปยักษ์และเป็นเทพแห่งนาฏศิลป์แขนงต่าง ๆของไทย รวมถึงการถวายเนื้อสดแด่พระพิราพ โดยบทความนี้จะนำเสนอขั้นตอนการบูชาพระพิราพ ข้อมูลที่พบจากการประกอบพิธีกรรม และบทวิเคราะห์ถึงคติความเชื่อเรื่องพระศิวะที่เรือน พระภรตมุนี วัดสุทธาราม ซอยตากสิน 19 กรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงสาเหตุของ  การประกอบพิธีกรรมและคติความเชื่อเรื่องพระพิราพของผู้ประกอบพิธีและผู้เข้าร่วมพิธี

Abstract

                The belief of Bhirav at Bhartamuni shrine, Suttharam temple, Soi Taksin 19, Bangkok is a kind of the belief of Shiva in Bangkok. This belief is unique from another place because the Bhairav’s ritual at Bhartamuni shrine, Suttharam temple, Soi Taksin 19, Bangkok has a Bhuddhist’s monk lead to worship the Bhairav, the fierce form of Shiva and the god of dancing art in Thai. This worship includes worshiper offer raw meat to Bhairav. This article presents procedure of Bhairav’s ritual, Bhairav’s ritual observation, and analyze about the belief of Bhairav at Bhartamuni shrine, Suttharam temple, Soi Taksin 19, Bangkok that demonstrate cause of the ritual and belief of Bhairav making to the performers and participants of the ritual
