          การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนและเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาการเมืองการปกครองและกฎหมายเบื้องต้นจำแนกตามคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษา ประกอบด้วย เพศ สาขา คณะ ความสนใจ และทัศนคติต่อรายวิชาการเมืองการปกครองและกฎหมายเบื้องต้น การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัย   แบบผสมทั้งการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักศึกษา จำนวน 297 คน และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากนักศึกษา จำนวน 14 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยคำนวณค่าสถิติบรรยายและสถิติอ้างอิง ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว หากพบความแตกต่างจะใช้การทดสอบเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาการเมืองการปกครองและกฎหมายเบื้องต้น อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือการถ่ายทอด จากอาจารย์ผู้สอน และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาการเมืองการปกครองและกฎหมายเบื้องต้น พบว่า ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันในกลุ่มนักศึกษาที่มีลักษณะส่วนบุคคลต่างกัน ได้แก่ เพศ สาขา คณะ ความสนใจ และทัศนคติต่อรายวิชาการเมืองการปกครองและกฎหมายเบื้องต้น

Abstract

          The research aimed to study the effectiveness of teaching and learning management and compare the performance of teaching and learning management in the subject to Thai Politics and Introduction to Laws by student characteristics including sex, branch, faculty, interest and attitudes to Thai Politics and Introduction to Laws. This is mixed methods research including the quantitative and qualitative research. The data were collected by administrating questionnaire among 297 students and the in-depth interview used to collect of 14 lecturers. The data collected were analyzed for its descriptive and inferential statistics including percentage, average and standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and Scheffe method.

The research found that the effectiveness of teaching and learning management in the subject to Thai Politics and Introduction to Laws overall and each aspects are at the high level. The transfer of the instructor is the highest level. The comparison of the performance of teaching and learning management in the subject to Thai Politics and Introduction to Laws found no difference among the student who difference characteristics including sex, branch, faculty, interest and attitudes to Thai Politics and Introduction to Laws.
