Abstract
เส้นบาง ๆ หรือเงาลาง ๆ เกิดขึ้นในจิตของมนุษย์ได้ตลอดเวลาในการแบ่งแยกสิ่งถูกสิ่งผิด ความดีความชั่ว ความสุขหรือความทุกข์ การหาเหตุผลหรือการคิดเองเออเอง การมโนในจิตตามใจปรารถนาจะนำไปสู่ความล้มเหลวและขัดขวางความสำเร็จ ความเชื่อมั่นในตัวเองมากเกินไป การคิดว่าต้องดีกว่า ต้องเก่งกว่า ต้องเอาชนะทุกคนทุกเรื่อง แพ้ไม่ได้จะทำให้เกิดการหลงทะนงตนเองนั่นแหละคือ การมีอัตตา (Ego)
