ปัญหาการใช้ภาษาไทยของนักศึกษาต่างชาติ: กรณีศึกษานักศึกษาจีน มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ Problems of Using Thai Language of Foreign Students: A Case Study of Chinese Students at Bangkok University

บทคัดย่อ

        การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการใช้ภาษาไทยของนักศึกษาจีนที่เข้ามาศึกษาในหลักสูตรภาษาไทย ปัญหาการใช้ภาษาไทยที่ศึกษาเป็นทักษะการเขียน การอ่าน การฟัง และการพูด โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักศึกษาจีนที่ศึกษาในหลักสูตรภาษาไทย มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ จำนวน 15 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์ และการสังเกตตามธรรมชาติ จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า นักศึกษาจีนมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับทักษะการเขียนมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ทักษะการอ่าน ทักษะการพูด ทักษะที่มีปัญหาน้อยที่สุดคือ ทักษะการฟัง ข้อเสนอแนะคือนักศึกษาจีนควรใช้ชีวิตประจำวันอยู่ในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีคนไทย และฝึกทักษะการใช้ภาษาไทยทั้งสี่ทักษะจนเกิดความชำนาญ

Abstract

                The objective of this research is to study the problems of using Thai language of Chinese students who come to study in Thai program. The problems of using Thai language studied in this research are writing, reading, listening, and speaking skills. This research is the qualitative research and the data are collected from 15 Chinese students who study in Thai program at Bangkok University. The instruments used in this research are questionnaires, interviews, and naturalistic observations. Research findings were that Chinese students had difficulties in writing, reading, and speaking skills respectively. The least difficult skill was listening. The suggestion is that Chinese students should spend their daily lives with Thai people and they should practice using Thai language in order to excel in these 4 skills.
