A Development of A Social Change of Leadership Training for Student at Private Higher Education Institutions of Thailand

Abstract

           The purposes of this research were to 1) to development of a social change of leadership training for student at private higher education institutions of Thailand, and 2) to trial and to improve development of a social change of leadership training for student at private higher education institutions of Thailand. The sampling group consisted was 30 undergraduate students of private higher education institutions. The research tools were 1) an attitude measurement of social change leadership, and 2) a test for social change leadership. The statistics that used in data analysis was Independent t-test. 

           The results were summarized as the following:
           1) a social change of leadership training for student at private higher education institutions of Thailand training was 2 days workshop course. The course description was consisted of 4 modules: Module 1 was the raising awareness, Module 2 was enhancing knowledge about a social change of leadership, Module 3 explained about developing of a social change of leadership individual values, and Module 4was also consisted of developing a social change of leadership in two levels which were group values and community values. The course efficiency was 84.33/83.33. 

           2) Attitude a social change of leadershipand a social change of leadership was higher at significant level of 0.05 compared to before the training.One month follow-up indicated that student have good behavior and recognize thebenefits to society by created the project save globe for green at Thungprong beach.
