บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาปัญหาการออกเสียงคำที่ผสานกับเสียงเอ๋อร์ “ér” (儿化韵) ในภาษาจีนกลางของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรภาษาจีนธุรกิจ คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธุรกิจบัณฑิตย์ คือ 1.1) ลักษณะการออกเสียงแต่ละลักษณะและแต่ละกลุ่มผู้เรียน 1.2) ความผิดพลาดของการออกเสียงแต่ละประเภท 1.3) ระดับความผิดพลาดของการออกเสียงแต่ละกลุ่มผู้เรียน 2. เพื่อเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขความผิดพลาดในการออกเสียงคำที่ผสานกับเสียงเอ๋อร์ “ér” กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาหลักสูตรภาษาจีนธุรกิจ ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 จำนวน 60 คน เลือกโดยวิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-stage Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบการอ่านคำศัพท์ แบบประเมินลักษณะและระดับความผิดพลาด สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ลักษณะความผิดพลาดในการออกเสียงคำที่ผสานกับเสียงเอ๋อร์ "er" มีดังนี้ 1.1) ลักษณะความผิดพลาดในการออกเสียง คือกลุ่มระดับต้นคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ระดับกลางคิดเป็นร้อยละ 75.08 และระดับสูงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 56.83 1.2) ความผิดพลาดในการออกเสียงคำที่ผสานกับเสียงเอ๋อร์ “ér” ทั้ง 6 ประเภท ภาพรวมแต่ละประเภทไม่เกินร้อยละ 25 1.3) กลุ่มระดับต้นและระดับกลางมีความผิดพลาดในการออกเสียง มากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ย 5.00 และ 4.67 2) ข้อเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขความผิดพลาดในการออกเสียง ได้แก่ ผู้เรียน ผู้สอน และตำราเรียน
