Abstract

This research Study to development of training courses to enhance emotional intelligence competencies and assessment training course to enhance emotional intelligence. Use a semi experimental research based on the concept of (Tyler) in student co-operative Education University of Thailand Chamber of registered semester academic year 2558 emotional intelligence scores lower than 140 points maximum of 30 people. The results of this research have found that training courses to enhance emotional intelligence of student co-operative education. There are elements such as weather problems and the necessary principles and the reasons the course aim. Unit, training events, training, media and measurement to achieve 3-performance is to understand ourselves. To understand others and to live together in social activity groups, by using the relationship and determine the appropriateness of a course is equal to 4.69 and index values, consistency between the elements of the overall course is equal to 0.98 and evaluation using a training course to enhance performance. Smarter student's emotional trial, found that the group with a score measuring the emotional intelligence. After the training, higher than before training, statistically significant at the .05 level and satisfaction with training courses to enhance your emotional intelligence competencies students co-operative education University Chamber of Commerce Thailand 4.55 average levels the most.
