The Development of Training Courses to Increase the Competency on the Emotional Intelligence of the Students Cooperative Education the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce

Abstract

This research Study to development of training courses to enhance emotional intelligence competencies and assessment training course to enhance emotional intelligence. Use a semi experimental research based on the concept of (Tyler) in student co-operative Education University of Thailand Chamber of registered semester academic year 2558 emotional intelligence scores lower than 140 points maximum of 30 people. The results of this research have found that training courses to enhance emotional intelligence of student co-operative education. There are elements such as weather problems and the necessary principles and the reasons the course aim. Unit, training events, training, media and measurement to achieve 3-performance is to understand ourselves.
