Abstract

          The purposes of this study were: 1) to develop a microteaching process for teachers and supervising teachers in a Bachelor’s Degree of Education at Chandrakasem Rajabhat University; 2) to compare results before and after the use of the microteaching process for teachers and supervising teachers in the Bachelor’s Degree of Education at Chandrakasem Rajabhat University. The sample group used for this observation were 16 teachers and supervising teachers in the Bachelor’s Degree of Education program at Chandrakasem Rajabhat University, who were chosen with a specific method. The instrument used to collect data included self-assessment and a behavior of teaching observation form. The research finding revealed that: 1) the microteaching process for teachers and supervising teachers in a Bachelor’s Degree of Education program at Chandrakasem Rajabhat University had been developed into 9 steps; 2) the results before and after using microteaching process for teachers and supervising teachers in a Bachelor’s Degree of Education program at Chandrakasem Rajabhat University by the sample groups.
