Abstract

The objective of this research was to create the teaching professional
competency assessment module for Pre-service Teachers of Rajabhat University. The
research operation were consisting of 4 procedures viz. 1) the document synthesis
about the teaching professional competency 2) the needs assessment 3) the indicators
development and 4) the creation of the teaching professional competency assessment
module for Pre-service Teachers of Rajabhat University.
findings 1) we need to develop the teaching professional competency
assessment module for Pre-service Teachers of Rajabhat University corresponding with
the standards of learning outcomes for the professional teacher by the qualification
framework of Bachelor’s degree in Education (5 years program). 2) the creation of
check list form was consisting of 2 main competencies viz. (1) the competency in
learning management that were consisting of 9 minor competencies; (2) the
competency in the moral, ethics & teaching performance that were consisting of 7
minor competencies
