Abstract

           The purposes of this research were: 1) To study the correlation of administrator’s conscience and participatory management of schools under education office of Bangkok Metropolitan 2) To study the administrator’s conscience as a whole level. 3) To study participatory management as a whole level. 4) To compare the administrator’s conscience between post-graduate and graduate. 5) To compare the administrator’s conscience between more and less experiences. Populations were 660 administrator’s under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration . The samples were 352 administrators from simple random sampling. The questionnaire were 100 items, 5 rating scales of Administration’s Conscience and Participatory Management with reliability at .91.

         The research results were: 1) The correlation of administrator’s conscience and participatory management of schools under education office of Bangkok Metropolitan were very high. 2) The administrator’s conscience as a whole level were high. 3) Participatory management as a whole level were high. 4) The administrator’s conscience of post-graduate were higher than graduate with no significant. 5) The administrator’s conscience of high experiences higher than less experience and no significant.
