Abstract

          This research was to study and compare the attitude of personnel on the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The
population employed was 350 personnel of the university, applying Stratified Random Sampling. A questionnaire was used for collecting data; the data has been analyzed via package program and the statistical tools employed consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance: ANOVA, and Exploratory Factor Analysis via PCA. The research results were as follows :1) the majority of the respondents were female, holding Master’s degree, faculty members and had been in service for 1 to 5 years; 2) the corporate social responsibility of Suan Sunandha personnel overall and individual aspects were at the highest level, namely, social awareness, arts and culture conservation network, and holistic management, simultaneously; and 3) educational background, academic title, and faculty / college
belonged to make differences on attitude towards CSR overall and individual aspects in terms of holistic management, social awareness, and arts and culture conservation network at the level of 0.05 statistical significance.
