Factors Relating to Organizational Loyalty: A Case Study Toyo-Thai Corporation Public

The purposes of this study were: 1) to study the organizational loyalty; 2) to determine the motive for the performance of the employees; and 3) to study the
loyalty that affects the organization. Employee personal factors, different gender, age,marital status, educational level, job salary working life and affiliations at Toyo - Thai
Public Company Limited (Thailand). The 348 samples selected for this study were employees of Toyo - Thai Public Company Limited (Thailand). The questionnaire was a
tool to collect data. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. They were used to describe the data and t-Test, f-Test (One-way
ANOVA), Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis.The results showed that: 1) employees of Toyo - Thai Public Company Limited
(Thailand) loyal to the organization
on a large scale ( x̄ = 3.572, SD x̄ = 0.208); 2) employees were motivated to perform at a large scale ( = 3.485, SD = 0.171); and 3) test the hypothesis. The hypothesis was based on: 1. employees in sex, age, marital status, level of education; job level, salary, and work. Belong to different groups, there are different organizational
loyalty. The level of statistical significance. 05. Regression analysis was simple. Incentives for employee performance affects employee loyalty 10.40.
