Happiness at work: a comparison between the public and private sectors. This descriptive study aims to compare happiness at work in different dimensions both public and private, analyze the perspective of happiness at work. Analyze the factors influencing the happiness of people working between the public and private organizations. This research is a secondary study of data from the National Statistical Office of Thailand. The study analyzed the data by using Multiple Classification Analysis (MCA) statistics. It was found that the happiness level at work was mostly on the aspect of adequate compensation with the highest average. The correctness of the payment of wages resulted in the most adequate compensation average and the chances of receiving training / further education/ job visits to develop one's skills and abilities, resulting in the lowest average in terms of ability development. The results of the study revealed that a comparison of personal and occupational factors affecting happiness at work. Monthly income had a greater effect on the happiness of employees in the public sector than employees in the private sector. The occupational type had a greater effect on happiness for employees in the public sector than employees in the private sector. The level of education had a greater effect on the happiness of employees who worked in the private sector than employees who worked in the public sector. Comparing each side, it was found that monthly income affects employees in the public sector more than employees in the private sector. The level of education affects employees who work in the private sector more than employees who work in the public sector expects for adequate Income. Occupational types affect people who work in the public sector more than the private sector expects for adequate Income and organizational pride.
