Factors Affecting The Role of Super Leadership of School Administrators under The Office of Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area 2

The purpose of this research was to study the level of factors affecting the Super leadership, The level of Super leadership, and the factors affecting the role of Super Leadership of school administrators under the Office of Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area 2. The researcher collected data from the questionnaire distribution in 52 schools. The research collected data from the target population of 380 persons by sending out 380questionnarie all of which, or 100 percent, were completed and returned. Research data were analyzed with the use of the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research were as follows: 1) The level of factors affecting the Super leadership of the school administrators were rated based on performance or real condition at the high level. They were ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follows: personality, vision, self-confidence and trust. 2) The level of Super leadership of the school administrators were rated based on performance or real condition at the high level. 3) The factors affecting Super Leadership of school administrators consider from multiple regression analysis. or forecasting equations, including trust (X3), personality (X4), vision (X1), and self-confidence (X2) specifying the statistical significance value at the .01 level.
