Abstract

             The purpose of this research were to study. The level of Factors Affecting The Characteristics Of School Administrators . The level of Effectiveness Of Building A Professional Learning Community For Teachers and The Factors Affecting The Characteristics Of School Administrators Affecting The Effectiveness Of Building A Professional Learning Community For Teachers. The researcher collected data from the questionnaire distribution in 67 schools. The research collected data from the target population of 373 persons by sending out 373 questionnaries. Of the total number of questionnaires sent off, 373, or 100 percent were complete and return. The data were then statistically analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research were as follows: 1. The level of Factors Affecting The Characteristics Of School Administrators. overall and in each aspect were at a high level. In descending order: interpersonal , vision, management ability, leadership, teamwork. problem solving and decision-making, morality-ethics, and professional advancement respectively. 2. The level of Effectiveness Of Building A Professional Learning Community For Teachers the overall and item were at a high level. 3. The Factors Affecting The Characteristics Of School Administrators Affecting The Effectiveness Of Building A Professional Learning Community For Teachers Under The Office Of The Secondary Educational Service Area Bangkok Area 1 : morality-ethics, professional advancement and leadership.
