Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of the Use of the Government Fiscal Management Information System (GFMIS) in the Educational Administration of the Office for the Promotion of Non-Formal and Informal Education

The purpose of this research was to study the degree of factors affecting the effectiveness of the government fiscal management Information system (GFMIS). in educational management of the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education.The sample used consisted of 210 people. Consisting of 52 executives and 158 operators It is obtained by Simple Random Sampling. The tool used was a questionnaire. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and linear multiple regression analysis. The results of the research found that: 1) The level of factors affecting the effectiveness of the use of the government fiscal Information management system (GFMIS) in educational administration of the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education. For executives it was found that Overall, at a high level by management in the highest order followed by technology, equipment, personnel, and budget. For practitioners, it was found that the overall level was at a high level. by management in the highest order followed by technology, personnel, equipment, and budget, respectively. 2) The level of effectiveness of the use of the government fiscal Information management system (GFMIS) in educational administration of the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education. For executives it was found that Overall, the average was at the highest level. by the timeliness in the highest order followed by transparency, accuracy and economy. For practitioners, it was found that Overall, at a high level by the timeliness in the highest order followed by accuracy, transparency and economy, respectively. 3) Factors affecting the effectiveness of the use of the government fiscal Information management system (GFMIS) in educational administration of the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education: personnel (), management (), and equipment () with statistical significance at the .01
