Abstract

    This paper studied (1) the relationship between personal factors and the creative climate perspective, (2) the relationship between personal factors and the recognition one’s own performance, (3) the relationship between the creative climate perspective and the recognition of one’s own performance.

   The statistical test from one-way analysis of variance indicates that gender, education level, and software experience affected the variability of the creative climate perspective with a statistically significant level of 0.05. Gender and education level affected recognition of one’s own performance with a statistically significant level of 0.05. In addition, the creative climate perspective was related to the recognition of one’s own performance with a statistical significant level of 0.05.
