The Effect of Integrated Learning Management The Contemplative Education of Research Based Learning and Coaching Mentoring System to Enhance the Teaching Qualities for Students in Physical Education

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the awareness of the characteristics of teachers of physical education students. After organizing learning activities by integrating contemplative education of research based learning and coaching mentoring system. The population in this study were 34 students in physical education 4^th year students in 2018 enrolled in Teaching on physical education in secondary education Level. That were selecting a specific. Organizing learning activities by integrating contemplative education of research based learning and coaching mentoring system in the course for 14 weeks. Performing a teacher awareness assessment before and after the experiment: The results to analyze statistical data by finding the mean Standard deviation, test the "T" value, test the statistical significance at .05 level.

Research results indicated that: after the experiment by learning management by integrating the contemplative education of research based learning and coaching mentoring system for 14 week mentor system had an average of the results of assessing the awareness of teacher characteristics of students in Physical Education department higher than before the experiment statistical significance at the level of .05.
