An Approach to Developing a Learning Management Model to Strengthen Cognition for Creative Problem Solving for Students of Rajabhat University

Abstract
This research is intended to 1) Study the guidelines for the development of a learning management model. 2) Study the need for enhancing cognition in creative problem solving. 3) Building and finding the quality of the learning management model cognitive thinking in creative problem solving For Rajabhat University students. The sample group is students of Phetchabun Rajabhat University 289 people. The tools used in research are questionnaires, interview forms, and cognitive tests for creative problem solving. Analyze the data by using percentage, average value.
The results of the research are as follows: 1. The guideline for developing the learning management model consists of 6 components as follows: 1) Principle 2) Objective 3) Content 4) Learning Activities 5) Media and Learning Resources and 6) Measurement and Evaluation. 2. The effect of enhancing cognitive thinking in creative problem solving consists of 1) Awareness to seek knowledge 2) Plan for learning through direct experience and learn from real situations, 3) Practice in being able to know how to solve problems, and 4) Check the success of cognition in creative problem solving and 3. The results of creating and finding the quality of the learning management model It was found that overall, the appropriateness was at the highest level.
