Today, people face a wide variety of problems both from internal factors - their own thoughts, and external - environments, which have been overwhelmed by technological advancements resulting in discouraging certain rhythms of their lives that they need encouragement from someone can come to comfort and raise the strength to go on. The academic article aimed to present one of the most important sources of spirituality, the Bhagavad Gita, which describes the protagonists are Arjuna and Krishna. (Arjuna, who fights with the enemy within is his mind while in the middle of the battlefield. Krishna, who delivered powerful speech in those difficult situations.) This article wanted to expand the words that Krishna gave to Kumar Arjuna, who was discouraged, did not want to fight back to have the power to rise to battle until victory. The knowledge of this article is the four phases of self-empowerment: the first phase is to pause for review by mindfulness, self-admonition and a comprehensive view of the world and problems. The second phase is to raise strength by relying on religious doctrines or words of encouragement to nourish the mind. The third phase is to move forward hopefully by performing the duties best and optimism. The fourth phase is to go ahead with confidence by relying on impartiality in all problems, thinking about family, loved ones, and believing in oneself that can do the best in every situation.
