บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ศึกษาระยะเวลา รูปแบบและแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการฝึกปฏิบัติงานร้านเซเว่นอีเลฟเว่นของอาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่สถาบันเทคโนโลยีปัญญาภิวัฒน์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยใช้วิธีการสอบถามโดยใช้แบบสอบถามคณาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ 28 คน จากจำนวนผู้ฝึกปฏิบัติงานลงร้านในช่วงปีการศึกษา 2550-2552 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น30 คน ซึ่งผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าการฝึกปฏิบัติงานลงร้านที่เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพควรมีจำนวน 3 วัน โดยฝึกปฏิบัติงานทั้ง 3 กะ (เช้า บ่าย และดึก) กะละ 1 วัน และประเภทของงานที่ฝึกปฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกันตามคุณวุฒิ ตำแหน่ง และหน่วยงานที่บุคลากรนั้นๆ ทำงานอยู่ รวมทั้งควรให้คณาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกปฏิบัติงานก่อนการเข้าทำงาน เพื่อไม่ให้กระทบกับภาระงานประจำ

Abstract
This research is to study appropriate period, program and process for efficient internship at Seven-Eleven Shop for Panyapiwat Institute of Technology’s staff. The survey research methodology was applied using questionnaire responded by 28 staff, out of 30, who performed their internship during academic year from 2007 to 2009. The results from this study show that three-day internship period with three different shifts work: day, afternoon, and night shift are appropriate and efficient. Moreover, jobs during internship should be assigned based on the staff educational level, position and their responsibility. In addition, the staff’s internship should be prior to the start date of their employment in order to avoid work interference.
