KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT FOR SUFFICIENCY ECONOMY TO DEVELOP LIFE SKILLS

Abstract

          This research aimed to develop the university students’ Life skills and behavior using the Knowledge Management processes and sufficiency economy theory. The subjects of this study were 20 students. 10 out of 20 students then volunteered to be in a focus group for the study of Knowledge Management within the community assigned Focus group method was employed with 10 voluntary students to collect the data about the Knowledge Management from the community. The results showed that the subjects acquired life skills development following the four factors at the very high level (X = 4.27). It was also found that the awareness factors and self–esteem were at a very high level (X = 4.32). The result from the second phase of study was
that the subjects had good relationships with other people at a very high level (X = 4.56). The findings from the observation of behavior in Knowledge Management indicated that the subjects understood the community’s way of life based on the sufficiency economy philosophy. They had perceived behaviors and be able to transfer their knowledge peers and, educators, They also showed respect for elder people, and had good relationship with other people.
