บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความสามารถทางภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถทางภาวะผู้นำ เชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี จากความสามารถทางภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอยาง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 และเขต 2 จำนวน 338 คน ได้มาโดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็น แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.96 และ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายแบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยพหุคูณโดยวิธีแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความสามารถทางภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ความสามารถทางภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี มีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 4) ความสามารถทางภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี ได้แก่ ด้านการคำนึงถึงประโยชน์ส่วนรวมมากกว่าประโยชน์ส่วนตน (X7) ด้านการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานทางจริยธรรม (X6) และด้านความไวทางจริยธรรม (X4) โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 63.10
สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y = 1.772 + .298(X7) + .171( X6) + .117( X4)
และสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z = .450Z7 + .235Z6 + .165Z4
