INFLUENCE OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP ON INTERNAL MARKETING AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT

Abstract

The statistical values that were used in the consistency examination include χ2/df=1.278, p=.200, GFI=.987, AGFI=.987, CFI=.999, and RMSEA=.031; all the values pass the criteria. The results show that the transformational leadership factor had a causal relationship with the empirical data and that organizational commitment was mostly influenced by transformational leadership and secondly controlled by internal marketing. Thus, the model of the causal relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment was proven to be valid.
