การสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้: ประเด็นความมั่นคงทางสังคม

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากงานวิจัย วิทยานิพนธ์ และบทความทางวิชาการ เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงองค์ความรู้ด้านความมั่นคงทางสังคมตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ความรู้ด้านความมั่นคงทางสังคมยังเป็นประเด็นซํ้า ๆ ที่เคยเกิดขึ้นและผ่านการแก้ไขมาแล้วในอดีต และยังจะคงดำรงอยู่ในปัจจุบันและอนาคต ตราบใดที่ภาครัฐและภาคประชาชนยังไม่ก้าวพ้นวาทกรรมความเป็นรัฐชาติและความยึดมั่นถือมั่นในเชื้อชาติ ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรมของแต่ละฝ่าย แม้ทุกกลุ่มจะรู้ว่าหนทางออกคือ การแสวงจุดร่วมสงวนจุดต่าง แต่ก็ยังไม่พบว่า ได้ดำเนินการและเห็นผลอย่างแท้จริง โดยเฉพาะในระดับนโยบายองค์ความรู้ที่ยังไม่พบการดำเนินการคือ การการสร้างความมั่นคงทางสังคมร่วมกันระหว่างวัฒนธรรม และการกำหนดตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จของการสร้างความมั่นคงทางสังคม ในบริบทสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้
