บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำในศตวรรษที่ 21 สำหรับนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี 2) เพื่อทดลอง ประเมินผลและปรับปรุงหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำในศตวรรษที่ 21 สำหรับนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาในระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยความสมัครใจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์ 2) แบบทดสอบความรู้ 3) แบบวัดพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำ และ 4) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Paired Sample t-test
ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาวะผู้นำในศตวรรษที่ 21 สำหรับนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี ประกอบด้วยเนื้อหา 3 โมดูล คือ โมดูลที่ 1 ทักษะการคิดสร้างสรรค์เพื่อการสร้างนวัตกรรม โมดูลที่ 2 ความสามรถในการนำทีมและการสร้างทีมงาน และ โมดูลที่ 3 ความสามารถในการตัดสินใจ 2) ผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรพบว่า 2.1) หลังการฝึกอบรมนักศึกษามีความรู้ และมีพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำศตวรรษที่ 21 สูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสิถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 2.2) ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และ 3) มีการปรับปรุงหลักสูตร โดยการเพิ่มเนื้อหาภาวะผู้นำและปรับรูปแบบกิจกรรมให้เหมาะสมกับวัตถุประสงค์การเรียนรู้ของแต่ละโมดูล
