บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 และภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 และภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 3)การสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 4) เสนอแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาโดยใช้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 297 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน คำสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และสมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 และภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 และภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) ทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 จำนวน 3 ต้าน พยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 มีอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 80 สมการพยากรณ์คือ Ẑ = 0.232 (ZX3) + 0.312 (ZX4) + 0.267 (ZX5) และ 4) แนวทางการบริหารคือ ผู้บริหารต้องปรับวิสัยทัศน์ให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง พัฒนาตนเองให้รู้เท่าทันสื่อเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและไม่ละเมิดกฎหมาย จัดสรรเทคโนโลยีสารสนทศที่ทันสมัย มีคุณภาพ เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน ประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่พัฒนาองค์กรพร้อมนำสู่การปฏิบัติเพื่อให้เกิดความสำเร็จอย่างแท้จริง
