การประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์ (AHP) ในการตัดสินใจเลือกแผนการศึกษาระหว่างสหกิจศึกษาและจุลนิพนธ์: กรอบการตัดสินใจของผู้เรียน Generation Z และนัยเชิงกลยุทธ์สำหรับการบริหารหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์การประมงระดับปริญญาตรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบจำลองการตัดสินใจสำหรับการเลือกแผนการศึกษาระหว่างแผนสหกิจศึกษาและแผนจุลนิพนธ์ในหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การประมง โดยใช้กระบวนการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Analytic Hierarchy Process: AHP) เป็นกรอบการวิเคราะห์หลัก การวิจัยใช้แนวทางการสร้างแบบจำลองเชิงแนวคิดบนฐานการสังเคราะห์บทความวิชาการและงานวิจัย (literature-Informed Conceptual Modeling) ร่วมกับการให้ดุลยพินิจเชิงวิชาการบนฐานหลักฐาน (Evidence-Informed Judgment)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เกณฑ์การตัดสินใจสามารถจัดกลุ่มได้เป็น 5 ด้านหลัก ได้แก่ ผลลัพธ์ด้านอาชีพและการเงิน การพัฒนาทักษะและประสบการณ์เชิงปฏิบัติ ความสนใจและความหมายของการเรียนรู้ คุณภาพชีวิตและภาระงาน และบริบททางสังคมและครอบครัว แบบจำลองภายใต้สถานการณ์ฐานชี้ให้เห็นว่า แผนสหกิจศึกษามีความเหมาะสมสัมพัทธ์สูงกว่าแผนจุลนิพนธ์ โดยสะท้อนอิทธิพลของมิติด้านความพร้อมต่อการทำงานและประสบการณ์เชิงปฏิบัติ อย่างไรก็ตาม การวิเคราะห์ความไวแสดงให้เห็นว่าความเหมาะสมของทางเลือกสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้เมื่อโครงสร้างค่าน้ำหนักของเกณฑ์เปลี่ยนไป โดยเฉพาะเมื่อเพิ่มความสำคัญของมิติด้านความหมายของการเรียนรู้และคุณภาพชีวิต
ข้อสรุปยังชี้ให้เห็นว่าแผนสหกิจศึกษาและแผนจุลนิพนธ์เป็นเส้นทางการเรียนรู้ที่ตอบสนองโครงสร้างคุณค่าของผู้เรียนที่แตกต่างกัน และควรถูกออกแบบให้เป็นทางเลือกที่เกื้อกูลกันในระดับหลักสูตร ทั้งนี้ การประยุกต์ใช้แบบจำลอง AHP สามารถสนับสนุนการแนะแนวเชิงระบบและการบริหารหลักสูตรเชิงกลยุทธ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
