The purpose of research was to develop causal model of undergraduate students’ learning by using technology - Google applications for education. The causal research was performed with 796 undergraduate students voluntarily participating in this research. Research instrument is rating scale questionnaire.  The analytical statistics applied was partial least square structural equation model.  Research results revealed that the use of Google application for education of undergraduate students’ learning was influenced directly by intention of use and indirectly by self-efficacy, attitude toward use, social norm, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and service quality and supporting systems.
