บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 2 ประการคือ 1) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบที่เหมาะสมของหนทางการทำวิจัยทางการบัญชีให้ประสบผลสำเร็จและเป็นสุข 2) เพื่อศึกษาเส้นทางความสัมพันธ์ของการทำวิจัยทางการบัญชีให้ประสบผลสำเร็จและเป็นสุข โดยใช้การศึกษาเชิงปริมาณในรูปของโมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้รับผิดชอบสอนด้านการบัญชี จำนวน 227 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติสำหรับสังคมศาสตร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่ารูปแบบที่เหมาะสมของหนทางการทำวิจัยทางการบัญชีให้ประสบผลสำเร็จและเป็นสุข ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่า Chi-Square เท่ากับ 9.52, ค่า P-value เท่ากับ .077 ที่องศาอิสระเท่ากับ 5, ค่า RMSEA เท่ากับ .064, ค่า GFI เท่ากับ .91, ค่า AGFI เท่ากับ .90 ส่วนเส้นทางการทำวิจัยทางการบัญชีให้สำเร็จ เรียงตามสัมประสิทธิ์เส้นทางจากมากไปน้อยคือ ลักษณะนิสัยเจ็ดประการที่ทำให้งานสำเร็จ อิทธิบาท 4 การสนับสนุนของหัวหน้าหรือสังคหวัตถุธรรม กรอบปฏิบัติแปดด้านหรือมรรคมีองค์แปด ส่วนเส้นทางการทำวิจัยทางการบัญชีให้เป็นสุข เรียงตามสัมประสิทธิ์เส้นทางจากมากไปน้อยคือ กรอบปฏิบัติแปดด้านหรือมรรคมีองค์แปด ลักษณะนิสัยเจ็ดประการที่ทำให้งานสำเร็จ การสนับสนุนของหัวหน้า หรือสังคหวัตถุธรรมและอิทธิบาท 4

        This research aimed to develop a model of the right way to do the accounting to be successful and happy, and to study the relationship path of the accounting research for success and happiness by using quantitative studies in the form of structural equation model. The samples are 227 cases responsible for teaching accounting. The data were analyzed by statistical package for social sciences. The results showed that the proper form of the ways to do accounting for the success and happiness that is developed to be consistent with empirical data by the Chi-Square is 9.52, the P-value equals .077 at the degrees freedom equals five, the RMSEA equals .064, equals to the GFI. 91, the AGFI equals .90.
