บทคัดย่อ

This article discusses how the identity of Ban

Grut - Bangsaphan environment and natural resource

conservation group (Ban Grut – Bangsaphan conservation

group) is constructed through their social movement

by using legal mobilization to protest against national

development projects ( "HinKrut" coal-fired power

plant project, Bangsaphan iron and steel-making project

and Bangsaphan steel industrial estate project). The

findings of the study reflects the strength of this

conservation group. The most important thing is that

their collective identity: consciousness of conservation

and self reliance can be the role model and the best practice for other conservation groups.
