Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1) investigate the level of quality of work life of Thai workers in Malaysia, and 2) compare the level of quality of work life of the workers based on personal factors and types of labor. A total of 335 Thai workers legally employed in Malaysia after the COVID-19 pandemic were selected as the sample group. The data were collected using a questionnaire. Statistics used in the analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results revealed that the overall quality of work life was at a high level ( equation = 4.05). Regarding the specific dimension analysis, social integration had the highest mean score ( equation = 4.24), while opportunities for skill development had the lowest ( equation = 3.83). Furthermore, the Thai workers with different marital statuses, educational levels, language competencies, and types of labor had significantly different overall levels of quality of work life (p < 0.05).
